Why our affiliate program

1. High commissions: We have recently launched our affiliate program to involve small website publishers so we are offering the same 15% commissions that we were offering only to the large partners (bringing min $50,000 worth business every month). We have large agencies who earns a six digit commission on an yearly basis.
2. Good converstion ratio: We are enjoying a good conversion ratio.

Why we and our partners prefer affiliates over monthly ads/PPC

It helps the right partner earn more money. Here is a case study:

Normal ads Bad Partner: Monthly fixed fee: $1500, sends us low quality leads, say around 100 and we are just able to convert 5 out of it. So cost per conversion is $300 :(. Good partner: Monthly fixed fee: $200, sends us high quality leads, say 200 and we are able to convert 40 out of it. So cost per conversion is $5. Summary: Good partner earns less and bad one earns more. Also there is no motivation for Good partner to improve our assosiation.

So cost per conversion is $15 :). (Assuming each sale to $100) Good partner: Monthly fixed fee: $0 + 15% commission, sends us high quality leads, say 200 and we are able to convert 40 out of it. Good partner earns $600. So cost per conversion is $15. :) (We are happy sharing money when we are making money) Summary: Good partner earns more and bad one earns less. Also there is huge motivation for Good partner to send more traffic and earn more through sales.
